Haiku was easy to follow and I didn't get frustrated. At times when I have tried to set up other types of presentations I have become discouraged or frustrated with the process. The simplicity of Haiku is a nice change. Students should also have an easy time if they do some basic preparations first. I would suggest that they have all the needed images on the ipad first. This made it easy to upload what I needed quickly. I would also suggest that they have an outline or some idea of what they want to say or show on each slide. Setting up the correct layout is also important as I found out. Bullets need to be prepared so they are not too long and they say what needs to be said in as few words as possible. Presentation apps can be used in many ways. Students can use them to inform an audience about a subject. They can also use it to entertain or tell a short story and finally they could even use it to tell about themselves.

SAMR framework both Augmentation and Redefinition are included using presentation apps. No longer will students just orally present or write a report. The student can combine both in a way that shows creativity which include a significant design change for an old lesson. Reports will be new and improved. Higher order thinking will be observed as students prepare, plan, and show what they know using technology in the classroom.
